Chernoville

Chernoville is a farming simulator inspired by games like Stardew Valley and Farm Ville that I developed with my team Wakala Works in Unity.

In it, you play Nikolai, a young Ukrainian from the USSR in the late 1980s
in an alternate history. The government says it is safe to return to Chernobyl and
Nikolai settles in the area to start a new life as a farmer.

Shortly after authorities allow a return to the disaster area,
Walking mutant plants begin to appear around the city.
Just as Nikolai is about to flee, he receives a call telling him that the price
of the fruits of these plants reaches astronomical shares in the market.

This is how he decides to stay and put aside traditional agriculture to dedicate himself
to hunt mutant plants and animals with butterfly net in hand to create
the most profitable farm in all of Chernobyl.
